FRIDAY

GLASGOW 36-17 CARDIFF BLUES

HORNE HAT TRICK AND BONUS POINT MAKES GLASGOW THE UNTOUCHABLES

The scoring via an improbable source, tighthead Mike Cusack barrelling through the Blues defence but spilling the ball in contact.
From the resultant scrum, the 135kg prop won a penalty which Horne slotted over to break the deadlock.
Horne's strike was cancelled out by New Zealander Anscombe, before the centre missed an opportunity to nudge his side back ahead.
As the half went on the Warriors piled on the pressure and were rewarded when Hall, retiring at the end of this season, cut a nice line between Lou Reed and Josh Navidi to go over, with Horne converting from the touchline..
Seymour looked to have squandered a huge overlap as the Blues defence crumbled, but Horne ran a brilliant angle to take his offload from the ground, touch down and convert.
With the Blues reeling, and no away wins to their name since the opening round, second-row Hoeata floored Murchie with a stiff-arm off-the-ball challenge, drawing a yellow card from referee George Clancy.
It laid the platform for Horne again to fillet the visitors' midfield, securing his hat-trick and Glasgow's bonus point try on the last play of the half.
The home pressure continued after the break, sweet handling allowing Ashe to gallop in from distance. With Horne retiring and Duncan Weir making his injury comeback in his place, Russell converted.
Davies touched down for the Blues on the hour mark from a smart Lewis Jones tap penalty, and Fish scored a fine second with Anscombe converting both.

TREVISO 13-33 OSPREYS

LATE TRIES GIVE THE OSPREYS VITAL BONUS POINT
Wing Eli Walker's score just before the break had given the Welsh side an 11-3 lead.
Simone Ragusi's try and Jayden Hayward's boot kicked Treviso 13-11 ahead as Ospreys had prop Nicky Smith and then Webb sin binned.
But tries from Dan Evans, Tipuric and Webb sealed the points for Ospreys.
But midway through a scrappy first half the Italians went down to 14 men as centre Enrico Bacchin was shown a yellow card for failing to release an Ospreys attacker.
Biggar slotted over the resulting penalty, but those were the only points the Welsh side managed with Bacchin off the field.
The breakthrough came just before the break as Walker penetrated through the Italian side's defence from close range, but Biggar's conversion attempt hit the post.
Ospreys' scrum struggled against the Italians' pack and just a minute into the second half prop Smith was sent to the sin bin.
A relentless tide of attacks were repelled by the Welsh side's defence as Treviso tried to make their extra man count.
After several phases the ball was spread wide to replacement centre Ragusi, who dived over in the corner with Hayward adding the conversion from the touchline.
Seconds after Smith returned to the field Webb was shown a yellow card for a high tackle on Ragusi.
Hayward kicked the penalty to put the Italians 13-11 in front for the first time on 52 minutes.
Biggar missed the opportunity to put his side back in front on 62 minutes as he sent his penalty wide of the post.
Three minutes later Walker cut through the Treviso defence and was stopped just short of the line, with Evans picking up to go over for his try. However, Biggar missed the conversion.
The Wales outside half made amends as he added a penalty on 71 minutes to give Ospreys an eight-point lead.
With three minutes left Tipuric and Webb exchanged passes before the scrum-half's reverse pass sent the flanker clear, with Biggar adding the conversion.
Wing Tom Grabham made a last-minute dash out wide and passed to Webb inside, who used his strength to touch down and earn Ospreys the bonus point, with Biggar kicking the extras.

Matt Healy's reply gave Connacht hope as they cut the margin to 17-10.
Bowe's second try and a Rory Best score left Ulster 27-13 ahead but they had to hang on after Tiernan O'Halloran's try.

EDINBURGH 3-34 MUNSTER

5 TRY MUSTER ALLOW CASEY TO HAVE A DREAM START
Edinburgh infringements and failure to repel the Munster maul were punished when the visitors' pack rumbled their way over, Casey the scorer
The hosts were overpowered up front and outfought at the breakdown, with driving mauls yielding tries for Duncan Casey, CJ Stander and Conor Murray.
Simon Zebo scored a controversial fourth, with fellow winger Keith Earls bagging a fifth.
Tom Heathcote scored Edinburgh's only points with a penalty three minutes in.
The scarlet-clad forwards mauled their way to the line again on 52 minutes, Stander grounding for his seventh league try of the season.
Keatley pushed the conversion wide, but Edinburgh wing Tim Visser was sin-binned after he transgressed at the breakdown in an effort to halt a blistering Munster counter attack.
Anthony Foley's side crossed for the third time as scrum-half Murray broke from yet another menacing maul, his half-back partner converting.
With Edinburgh's cover defence all at sea, Zebo then toed through a Felix Jones grubber before appearing to miss the ball altogether in his race to ground it before the dead ball line. However TMO Iain Ramage awarded the try.
Keatley struck the posts with his conversion attempt, but his neat rolling kick was fumbled by Phil Burleigh, allowing Earls to pounce for Munster's fifth.

SUNDAY
DRAGONS 25-22 LEINSTER

JAMES BENJAMIN GIVES DRAGONS SHOCK WIN
.
James Benjamin came on after half-time and was instrumental as the Welsh region recovered from 22-8 down.
Two tries from Ben Te'o and one from Jimmy Gopperth put Leinster in charge.
Rhys Thomas had gone over early for Dragons, before Jack Dixon started the second half fightback and Benjamin added the coup de grace to put a huge dent in Leinster's play-off hopes.
Dragons took an early advantage when Jason Tovey opened their account with a 30-metre penalty before hooker Thomas was driven over for an unconverted try from an attacking line-out.
Only a fantastic tackle by young centre Tyler Morgan kept Te'o at bay as Leinster took the upper hand, but the New Zealand centre was not to be denied for long as he burst past Dixon from a Eoin Redden pass at a ruck.
Gopperth, who had struck an earlier penalty, then ran away from home prop Phil Price and scrum-half Jonathan Evans to cross and put the Irishmen into the interval 15-8 ahead.
Ten minutes into the second period Te'o struck again as he surged through a gap between Morgan and fly-half Dorian Jones to go under the posts for a converted try.
However, the Dragons hit back when they reached the Leinster goal-line and Dixon drove over under a pile of bodies, with Tovey converting.
Leinster were then a man down when Te'o was sin-binned for a high tackle on Dixon and that allowed the Dragons to build even more pressure.
Wales and British and Irish Lions number eight Taulupe Faletau charged down an attempted clearance by Redden, allowing replacement Benjamin to drive over.
