GUINNESS PRO 12
FRIDAY 8TH MAY 2015
19:30
DRAGONS V EDINBURGH
TEAMS
Flanker Nic Cudd returns from injury as Newport Gwent
Dragons make seven changes for Friday's Pro12 match against Edinburgh.
Open-side Cudd, 26, has missed the Dragons' last two matches
with wrist and thigh injuries.
Edinburgh makes four changes from their European Challenge
Cup final defeat to Gloucester.
Back-rower Stuart McInally is recalled and captains the side
as Mike Coman is injured.
Jack Cuthbert returns at full-back in place of Greig Tonks,
while flanker Hamish Watson and lock Fraser McKenzie are also recalled.
Crosswell will start at blind-side at Rodney Parade,
alongside number eight Taulupe Faletau and the returning Cudd.
The other changes from the Judgement Day defeat to scarlet’s
include 20-year-old Ashton Hewitt's return on the wing.
A new half-back pairing sees Jason Tovey partner Luc Jones,
who makes his first Pro12 start at scrum-half.
Hooker T. Rhys Thomas returns as captain, while there is one
change to the second row as Cory Hill joins usual skipper Rynard Landman.
PREDICTIONS
I feel that this will be a close match but a match that
Edinburgh will win by no more than 7 points this will leave an interesting
final day in qualification for European competition. I feel that this is a match
that the Dragons will regret loosing

LEINSTER V TREVISO
TEAMS
Dave Kearney is back on the left wing after a hip strain
while Ian Madigan comes in at centre and Eoin Reddan replaces Issac Boss at
scrum-half.
Prop Jack McGrath returns to the front row and Jordi Murphy
takes over from Dominic Ryan at flanker.
Barring a European Champions Cup play-off, it will be a
final home game for fly-half Jimmy Gopperth before his summer move to Wasps.
The New Zealand native has 347 points in 57 appearances for
the Irish province.
PREDICTIONS
This is a game that Leinster must win well which should seal
them European rugby next season but a win is not enough here they must show
that they are Leinster with a comfortable bonus point win which should seal
European Rugby for next season. They have to look at what has happened to them
in previous weeks and try to fix it here. I cannot imagine another result.

OSPREYS V GLASGOW
TEAMS
Wales flanker Dan
Lydiate is on the bench for Ospreys' key Pro12 match with Glasgow at Liberty
Stadium on Friday.
Lydiate makes way for James King as Jeff Hassler returns at
wing following injury.
Leaders Glasgow makes five changes from the team that beat
Connacht in Galway in the last round of matches.
Duncan Weir replaces Finn Russell at fly-half, and there are
four changes in the pack with captain Josh Strauss returning at number eight.
Ospreys' Canada Hassler, 23, international has not played
since 31 October because of a knee injury.
Other Glasgow changes see Ryan Grant come in for Jerry
Yanuyanutawa at loose-head, Pat MacArthur replace Fraser Brown at hooker with
Tim Swinson coming in for Leone Nakarawa in the second-row.
PREDICTIONS
This is a big match if ever I saw a big match. As it is at
the Ospreys home match I cannot imagine either team getting a bonus point. I feel that one decision will be what will make
the difference and as Glasgow have the points I will go for a Glasgow win but I
would not be surprised if the ospreys did this could be close.

SCARLETS V BLUES
PREDICTIONS
Scarlet’s need to win this all Welsh clash to get into the
Champions Cup but this is a derby and
you can never be certain which way they can go no matter who is doing well and
who is not. Where the Scarlet’s are in the table makes me think that they will
be to strong
