FRIDAY

CARDIFF 18-17 CONNACHT

TUCULET GIVES CARDIFF LAST SECOND WIN

Joaquin Tuculet's last-minute try gave Cardiff Blues a dramatic win against Connacht at the Arms Park.
Connacht led 10-3 at half-time thanks to Jake Heenan's try from a rolling maul and five points from the boot of Craig Ronaldson.
Blues responded with Tuculet's well-worked score only for Aly Muldowney's try to put back Connacht in front.
Tuculet touched down with the final play of the game, before Rhys Patchell's conversion sealed the win.

GLASGOW 26-5 ZEBRE

VAN DER MERVE  GIVES GLASGOW BONUS POINT

Glasgow Warriors returned to the top of the Pro12 with a bonus-point victory over Zebre.
DTH van der Merwe crossed twice in the first half, with Chris Fusaro and Kevin Bryce also going over for Gregor Townsend's side.
Niko Matawalu and Rossouw de Klerk stretched Zebre and the Canadian crossed, leaving Scotland fly-half Horne a straightforward conversion.

SATURDAY

SCARLETS 23-13 LEINSTER

PRIESLAND KICKS SCARLETS TO VICTORY

Scarlets maintained their unbeaten Pro12 home record with a victory over champions Leinster which boosts their hopes of finishing in the top six.
Ben Te'o crossed for the opening try and although John Barclay replied for the hosts, Leinster led at the interval.
Jordan Williams and Rory Pitman tries put Scarlets in control before Rhys Priestland's penalty sealed victory.
Scarlets are three points behind sixth-placed Connacht with Leinster fifth.
The victory at Parc y Scarlets will give Wayne Pivac's side confidence as they bid to qualify for next season's European Champions Cup but the defeat dented Leinster's play-off hopes.

TREVISO 8-29 EDINBURGH

SCOTT GIVES EDINBURGH BONUS POINT

Matt Scott grabbed a fine brace of tries as Edinburgh followed Glasgow Warriors' win over Zebre with a bonus-point triumph of their own in Treviso.
The victory arrests a two-match losing blip for Edinburgh as the race for Champions Cup qualification intensifies.
Mike Coman and Andries Strauss also touched down to ensure the visitors left with maximum points.
Simone Ragusi scored a consolation for Treviso in a rare moment of potency.

OSPREYS 26-12 MUNSTER

BAKER MAKES DIFFERENCE TO PUT OSPREYS IN PLAY OFFS

Ospreys ended a run of four league matches without a win with an impressive Pro12 victory over Munster at Liberty Stadium.
Fly-half Sam Davies profited from a dominant first-half display, kicking 12 points and feeding Dan Baker for a try.
Munster improved after the interval but tries by Donncha Ryan and Keith Earls came too late to threaten the Ospreys.
And Davies set the seal on the victory with two late penalties as Ospreys held on for a much-needed win.

SUNDAY

DRAGONS 26-22 ULSTER

ULSTER JUST WEREN'T THERE

Newport Gwent Dragons made it a clean sweep of wins for the Welsh regions over the Irish provinces as they battled to a 26-22 victory over Ulster.
Dragons' tries came from Rhys Buckley, Jonathan Evans and Carl Meyer in the second half, with Tom Prydie and Dorian Jones sharing the kicking duties.
Craig Gilroy crossed twice for Ulster and created Ross Adair's late score.
Ruan Pienaar kicked seven points but Ulster had to settle for a losing bonus point to help their play-off bid.
In my opinion it is definitely a good thing now that there is a break as it might help the Irish teams mentally going into he final few matches it definitely was a poor weekend for the Irish. Ulster need to improve if they are going to get a home semi but this week might have put Glasgow through.
