FRIDAY
BLUES V CONNACHT

Alex Cuthbert will start for Cardiff Blues in Friday's Pro12 match against Connacht after his release from the Wales squad.
Cuthbert was left out of Wales' match-day squad for their win against France.
Wales squad members Gareth Anscombe and Kristian Dacey have also been released and start for at fly-half and hooker.
The other changes from the win against Edinburgh see Josh Navidi return at number eight, Taufa'ao Filise at tight-head prop and Lou Reed at lock.
ardiff Blues: Rhys Patchell, Alex Cuthbert, Cory Allen, Gavin Evans, Joaquin Tuculet, Gareth Anscombe, Lloyd Williams; Sam Hobbs, Kristian Dacey, Taufa'ao Filise, Jarrad Hoeata, Lou Reed, Josh Turnbull, Ellis Jenkins (capt), Josh Navidi.
Replacements: Matthew Rees, Thomas Davies, Scott Andrews, Filo Paulo, Macauley Cook, Tavis Knoyle, Gareth Davies, Tom Isaacs.
Connacht: Mils Muliaina; Tiernan O'Halloran, Danie Poolman, Dave McSharry, Matt Healy; Craig Ronaldson, John Cooney; Denis Buckley, Tom McCartney, Rodney Ah You; Mick Kearney, Aly Muldowney; John Muldoon (capt), Jake Heenan, George Naoupu.
Replacements: Shane Delahunt, Ronan Loughney, Finlay Bealham, Andrew Browne, Eoghan Masterson, Ian Porter, Jack Carty, Darragh Leader.
I think that this will be a battle that can go either way and I think that the advantage for the blues is the fact that the Blues having home advantage is what will swing it for the Blues.

GLASGOW V ZEBRE

Gregor Townsend has recalled four members of Scotland's Six Nations squad for Friday's Pro12 meeting with Zebre.
Ryan Grant, Rob Harley, Peter Horne and Sean Lamont all start against the Italian side.
Harley partners captain Al Kellock in the second row, while Lamont pairs up with Canadian Connor Braid in midfield.
And Townsend has warned his players they must beware the Pro12 stragglers, insisting: "They've got nothing to lose."
Glasgow Warriors: Peter Murchie; Lee Jones, Sean Lamont, Connor Braid, DTH van der Merwe; Peter Horne, Niko Matawalu; Ryan Grant, Kevin Bryce, Rossouw de Klerk, Rob Harley, Al Kellock (capt), Adam Ashe, Chris Fusaro, Josh Strauss.
Replacements: Dougie Hall, Alex Allan, Zander Fagerson, James Eddie, Will Bordill, Ali Price, Richie Vernon, Glenn Bryce.
Zebre: Giulio Toniolatti; Dion Berryman, Mirco Bergamasco, Matteo Pratichetti, David Odiete; Edoardo Padovani, Alberto Chillo;, Andrea De Marchi, Oliviero Fabiani, Lorenzo Romano, Quintin Geldenhuys, Andrei Mahu, Ruben Riccioli, Mauro Bergamasco (capt), Valerio Bernabo.
Replacements: Luciano Leibson, Andrea Lovotti, Luca Redolfini, Filippo Gerosa, Renato Giammarioli, Brendon Leonard, Luciano Orquera, Gonazlo Garcia.

SATURDAY
OSPREYS V MUNSTER

Justin Tipuric and Ryan Bevington will both make their 100th appearances for Ospreys against Munster on Saturday.
Flanker Tipuric, 25, has been released by Wales while Bevington is playing his third match after a year out injured.
Bevington made his Ospreys debut on the final day of the 2007-2008 season at Connacht, while Tipuric's first Ospreys appearance came in an LV= Cup game against Northampton Saints at the Liberty Stadium in November 2009.
I think that Munster have had a slight advance as they have got form on their side and I think that with this being Munsters only  trophy and Munster seeming tom look good this will be an away banker but Ospreys will get a bonus point.

SCARLETS V LEINSTER

Scott Williams will start for Scarlets in Saturday's Pro12 game against Leinster in Llanelli.
The return of the Wales centre sees Hadleigh Parkes move to the wing from last week's 25-20 loss at Ulster.
His centre partner in Belfast, Regan King, will win his 100th Pro12 cap if selected.
Leinster need a win here but do not look to have the form to get it. This will be a lot closer than people think and I think that Leinster will go on to wi but not by enough

TREVISO V EDINBURGH

There is no news coming out today about this tie. Edinburgh are good enough to get the bonus point but I think that this will be a lot closer than we think as Edinburgh are not showing that they have the potential
SUNDAY
DRAGONS V ULSTER

This is a very important match for Ulster to win well as they will know what the other teams have done in the other matches. This is an advantage but no matter the situation Ulster still will need to win the bonus point. I think that Ulster can get the bonus point but this will still be a very important match.
