DONCASTER 13-28 BRISTOL
MC MILAN TRY MAKES
EASY AT HOME FOR BRISTOL
Bristol took a significant step towards promotion to the
Premiership with victory at Doncaster in their Championship play-off final
first leg.
The hosts held a slender 13-11 lead at the break, with
Bristol wing David Lemi responding to Will Hurrell's try.
But second-half scores from Ross McMillan and Ben Glynn put
the away side, who finished the season top of the table, in command of the tie.
The two teams play the second leg at Ashton Gate on
Wednesday, 25 May
Bristol have shown that they can play away from home now at
home you would wonder wheter the pressure bill be a burden for them as they try
to get into the Premiership and I would be very surprised if they let this game
go but I don’t think 8it is completely over and if Doncaster score an early try
anything can happen.
