With 2 of the top 2 3 of the top4 and 4 of the top 6 this
has been a good year in the Pro 12 for the Irish teams but they must show
improvement in Europe next season as there was no Irish teams in the quarters. With
only 6 teams going through the Champions Cup this is a good season for club
rugby in Ireland.
With Zebre getting more points than the dragons it will be a
few years before the Dragons go to the Champions Cup.
Wales are probably ahead of the Irish as a nation but their
clubs seem not to be getting on as well.
Glasgow have had another solid season in reaching the semi-finals
and Ulster look on form
Leinster v Ulster and Connacht v Glasgow are the semis
