Matches that are going to define the pool stages of the Rugby World cup

I will give you my opinion on what matches will define these pool stages to determining possibly even who will win the world cup this year

POOL A

ENGLAND v FIJI September  18  

The opening match of the world cup on Friday will definitely for me say how far England can go in this year’s world cup and as well as that show what type of team Fiji have but this could be closer than anybody thinks.

ENGLAND V WALES September 26

This could be a playoff match and determine who reaches the quarter final. It could also determine where wales stand in this year’s world cup because if they lose this they would have to beat Australia.

ENGLAND V AUSTRILIA October 3

This will definitely be the match of the weekend as there is a bit of history of World Cup finals between these 2 teams and there will always  be a certain intensity in this match you. You can only see this be close

AUSTRILIA V WALES October 10

This will be the right match for wales at the right time as you could not see this match not be close

POOL B

SOUTH AFRICA v SAMOA Sat September 26

This is a match that will say where Samoa stands against the big guns. This could be a brilliant match or a cruising match where South Africa just takes control

SOUTH AFRICA V SCOTLAND Sat October 3

This will be a match where Scotland show what it is that they are made of when it comes to Rugby against one of the best teams. This is a match that Scotland can win but I feel that South Africa will have too much.

SAT October 10

SCOTLAND V SAMOA
Even knowing nothing about this match I feel that this will be a battle that you will be very happy to see on your TV screens. With a quarter final spot on the line this  does look like a cracker even now

POOL C

NEW ZEALAND V ARGENTENA September 20

Argentina are improving year on year and I think that this could be more of a match than people think it will. New Zealand are the best in the world and I think the fact that they will always have a few stars makes me think that they have enough to take control of this match.

ARGENTENA V TONGA October 4

This looks like a playoff match for a spot in the quarter final. Who finishes first and second in the pool.  

POOL D

FRANCE V ITALY September 19

You have got no idea what you are going to get out of the French rugby team. One day they could rip Italy apart putting down 100 points the next day they could lose match like this.

IRELAND V ITALY October 4

Ireland look good at the moment but they can put in a bad performance time after time.  Let’s hope that by this time they have sorted out there problems they have at the moment.

FRANCE V IRELAND October 11

This could be a special day in Irish sport as Northern Ireland could have their win to qualify for Euro 2016. This is about rugby if ever there was a match that could run up to the hype 2 times holding 6 nations match against the French this could be incredible.
