I think that this will be a very close game with no more than a kick between the 2 sides. I would have to go with Edinburgh for the win as I think that they have got more quality in their squad

Glasgow v Treviso

Glasgow Warriors: Stuart Hogg, Taqele Naiyaravoro, Mark Bennett, Alex Dunbar, Sean Lamont, Finn Russell, Grayson Hart, Gordon Reid, Shalva Mamukashvili, Mike Cusack, Tim Swinson, Jonny Gray (captain), Rob Harley, Chris Fusaro, Adam Ashe.

Replacements: James Malcolm, Ryan Grant, Sila Puafisi, Greg Peterson, Josh Strauss, Ali Price, Duncan Weir, Sam Johnson.

Benetton Treviso: Luke McLean (captain), Andrea Pratichetti, Tommaso Iannone, Sam Christie, Simone Ferrari, Jayden Hayward, Chris Smylie, Matteo Zanusso, Ornel Gega, Filippo Filippetto, Filo Paulo, Jeff Montauriol, Marco Barbini, Francesco Minto, Braam Steyn.

Replacements: Luca Bigi, Alberto De Marchi, Salesi Manu, Dean Budd, Marco Lazzaroni, Andrea De Marchi, Edoardo Gori, James Ambrosini.

Glasgow needs to get a win in this type of match and I would be surprised if they did not get the bonus point with them getting there team back from the world cup and no sense of the  team working together this tie could be tricky

Leinster v Ulster

Ulster: P Nelson; A Trimble, D Cave, S McCloskey, C Gilroy; P Jackson, R Pienaar; K McCall, R Best (capt), W Herbst, I Henderson, D Tuohy; R Diack, S Reidy, N Williams

Replacements: R Herring, A Warwick, R Lutton, R Wilson, C Henry, P Marshall, I Humphreys, L Ludik

Leinster: R Kearney; Z Kirchner, Ben Te'o, I Madigan, L Fitzgerald; J Sexton, L McGrath; J McGrath, S Cronin, T Furlong; D Toner, M McCarthy; R Ruddock, J van der Flier, J Heaslip (capt).

Replacements: J Tracy, P Dooley, M Moore, R Molony, D Ryan, E Reddan, N Reid, G Ringrose.

I think that with neither team doing that well in Europe there teams have not gelled and this is probably the match to do that I could see an easy win for both but think it will be close. I think Leinster will win by more than 7 but find it difficult to get the bonus point.

Saturday

Ospreys v Blues

The blues have not had the form to make you think that anything less than a comfortable win for the Ospreys will be possible. I think that the Ospreys will find this a lot trickier and think they will get the bonus point but not much more than that

Munster v Connacht

2 teams on the top of the table and Connacht are the team sitting on top and I do not think that will change on Saturday as I think that it is taking a lot more time for certain teams to advance and I think that Connacht have little to change while Munster have a lot. I think that Connacht will win  by a fair margin but find not get the bonus point.

Sunday

Scarlet’s v Zebre

Anything here except for a Scarlet’s bonus point will be a huge disappointment especially as they are the best Non Irish team in the league
